| Acoustics India Pvt Ltd executed 4 Nos of Engine Test Bed Project for testing 2600 HP & 1350 HP Loco engines for Diesel Locomotives works, Indian Railways.This is a first of such Project in this country at a cost of Rs. 50 million. The project involves complete design of test Bed, fuel oil system, lube oil system, cooling system with cooling towers and Heat exchangers, complete electrical, instrumentation (almost 320 transducers), acoustic enclosure for the test Beds, sound proofing of Control Room, Engine exhaust silencers, Air washer plant, Air filtration unit, Data Acquisition system, software development, water rheostat type load boxes for each test Bed, complete civil work etc. The Project was taken up from concept to commissioning on turnkey basis. |
