	BE with minimum 30 years experience in handling multi-disciplinary Turnkey Engineering Projects for Refineries, Petrochemicals / Chemical or Power Projects.

2) Deputy General Manager - Proposals
	20 years experience in Costing, Estimation, Proposals and marketing Engineering / Turnkey Engineering Projects.

3) Head - Materials
	BE with minimum 25 years experience in procurement of engineering goods particularly in project procurement.

4) Head - Production
	BE with 25 years experience in fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Process Equipment.

5) Manager ( Purchase )
	BE with 10 years experience in procurement of Engineering products & Turnkey Projects Equipments.

6) Manager ( Design )
	BE with 10 years experience in Design Of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers with good experience in ASME & TEMA.

7) Deputy Manager ( Design )
	BE with 6 years experience or DME with 15 years experience in designing structural, ducting and other non-pressure parts.

8) Asst. Manager ( Insulation Applications)
	BE with Minimum 2 years experience or DME with 5 years experience in Thermal Insulation on Piping / Ducting etc and shall be capable of handling site work independently.

9) Vibration Engineer
	BE / M.Sc with 2 years experience in vibration analysis and condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

10) Erection Engineer
	BE with 2 years experience or DME with 5 years experience in erection of Mechanical Equipments at sites across the country.

11) Graduate Engineer Trainee
	BE ( Mech / Prodn / Mechatronics ) with minimum 80% of marks.

12) Engineer Trainee - Research & Development
	Master Degree in Engineering ( Mech / Mechatronics ) with exposure in Noise / Vibration Study.
