The noise generated from the Bolt Maker / Nut Former is generally reduced by providing freestanding collapsible type acoustic enclosure. For any maintenance work the individual panels near the maintenance area can be dismantled using quick releasing clamps. For major maintenance work the complete enclosure can be dismantled. Proper arrangement for raw material feeding, product outlet, scrap outlet can be provided through acoustically treated chutes. Suitable forced ventilation arrangements shall be provided to remove heat dissipation and to exhaust the fumes generated.
